1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MufaSys services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

MufaSys provides software development, web development, cybersecurity, design, and AI agent development services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before starting work and progress payments throughout the project. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. MufaSys retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and methodologies used in the development process.

6. Limitation of Liability

MufaSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.
